Dave managed the most wins, David got a couple of wins and Terry got the locals with a win in the last race of the day. Thanks for turning up Terry.

There were also some good gusts coming through that always made their appearance on the downwind leg ,which led to the RCLaser version of swan lake with some good pirouettes being done by most of the fleet.
Dave won the day with some consistent racing and Fred clocked up a few wins as well.

First meeting back after the Christmas/New year break.
4 club sailors and Peter Greeve came down to Jackadder Lake. The water level was a bit down but more importantly no weed.
The E/NE Breeze gave a fairly good round the buoys course using B rigs. Dave showed everyone a clean pair of heels over the morning. Rod, David and Fred managed to take a win a piece.

4 sailors turned up for racing . The breeze could not make it's mind up which way to blow, as you could go from leading the race to coming last being on the wrong side of the shift.. Late in the morning the SW finally kicked in for the last 2 races. All had a race win or two with Fred wining the day by having 3 wins.
This was the last race date for 2012.

We had 4 sailors turn up on a blustery Saturday morning. The forecast was for lots of wind and we got that , so C sails were order of the day.
With the course set racing got underway. A nice course set across the lake gave us some short sharp racing. One race got abandoned as 3 of the 4 racers decided to get attached to the wing mark. Fred was in the groove on the day as he posted 4 wins.
This meeting was the last before the State Championships on the 18th November.

Race Meeting Report - 21st October 2012
We had 6 sailors turn up at South Perth. Which was pleasing to see.
The breeze was the best it's been for a while and was enjoyed by all with A rigs being used most of the time after the first few races were under B rigs.
Dave once again showed the fleet a clean pair of heels taking out 6 of the 10 races. David,Rod,Alwyn and Fred also scored a win during the afternoon.
Good for Alwyn as he was using the loan boat. Rumour has it Alwyn will use this boat in the upcoming state championships.

Race Meeting Report - 1st July 2012
Three club members turned up to a beaut sunny winters day. We had the pleasure of having Peter come along as our visitor using the loan boat.
The breeze was swinging around all day NE to SW and back again so getting around the course was testing at times. But when it filled in for a while, some good racing was to be had.
The only downside was the weed. Little pieces around the course that could spoil ones result in a race.
Occasionally a big piece showed itself and but the brakes on ones boat.
Well done to Peter for winning a race.
With a small fleet the results were always going to be close.
So the final results were a win for Dave, Rod second and Fred third.

Race Meeting Report 17th June 2012
5 sailors turn up for today's racing.
A slight NW breeze drifted in and out over the lake. The shock of getting wet caused Dave B's boat not to work. The electrical gremlins struck.
Lucky Fred had the spare boat so all was not lost.
Racing got underway and Dave P showed the way with 3 bullets in row. Over the course of the day Rod was the only other winner. The rest struggled with the breeze and the occasional lump of weed, which Rod seemed to find the most.
Dave had the most wins so overall Dave won the day, Rod second and Brian third.
